If there's an important detail regarding your character like a scar or subtle eye details, I will draw those for free! NSFW details will get the same treatment.NOTE: I offer 15% discounts for preexisting characters! As long as the ref sheet isn't a significant change to the character's design!

Hello! I'm a freelance illustrator who enjoys drawing a variety of things. I relish a good challenge and I'm always striving to learn and be a better artist! I enjoy exploring new places, especially nature reserves. I'm also a huge tabletop fanatic.

Thank for your interest in my work, once you have purchased my services, it is implied that you have accepted the terms and conditions below.General Commission Terms and Conditions-Method of Payment is currently just PayPal-When you commission me, provide me the names of your social media accounts you use so I can credit you properly.-If the illustration the client wants me to create is sexual by nature, he/she must be 18 years or older to purchase such services.-I reserve the right to decline any commission request, for any reason.-I will not draw anything regarding, scat, CP, rape, watersports, zoophilia, or any uniforms that I may find uncomfortable.-If the character already exists and is owned by someone else other than the client without my knowing, I will not take any responsibilities for the work I have done.
This will also apply to characters owned by large entertainment industries such as Nintendo, Toei Animation, Cartoon Network, etc.- If a Client does not reply to me within one to two days after I've shown progress, I will continue with the work and will not change anything, you are responsible for keeping up to date with your commission and making sure it is to your liking.- I retain the right to post the finished art piece to my galleries.- I will not create any duplicates of other people's work or mimic another artists style. If the client wishes to use a pose from another artists work as a reference, this will be acceptable, but there will be changes from the source material that was used for inspiration / reference.- I cannot accommodate specific due dates/ deadlines, certain qualifications may apply to this rule. ( My personal limit on how long a commission takes is less than 2 months.

If necessary, I reserve the right to use the commission for any purposes.- Such as using it commercial use, or for a portfolio.- Art that is used for commercial use will require a negotiation of price.- When the client submits my work on any of your galleries, it is appreciated that they give me credit for the work I have done.- The client is free to do slight editing to the piece for personal purposes but do not edit out my signature.- You MAY NOT use my work for machine learning without my consent. This is to be disclosed when commissioning me and an updated fee for the commission will be in order.Canceling Commissions- Any refunds will take into account any work already completed.- You have a week to reconsider your commission and if the commission has not been started within that time-frame, you will be refunded, minus any paypal fees.- If payment has been sent to me but I have not started on the client's work after a month, the payment minus any fees incurred will be refunded by myself and back to the client.- If the illustration that is being created is near completion (based on my personal opinion), the request for a refund no longer be taken.- Mature Content is restricted to ages 18 and up if the client is minor attempting to purchase mature content without my knowing, I will decline their request.- If a year has passed and the client has yet to receive their finished commission, a full refund will be provided if the client requests one.- If there is any situation at which I am not in control of such as a severe injury, natural disasters, or vandalizing of my property. I will provide a full refund when possible.- If the client wishes to cancel the commission but allow the me to keep the income for my work for my well-being I will accept and deeply appreciate that.References and Alterations- A proper ref sheet is encouraged, but necessary. I work well with using already existing art of a character, though there will need to be some leeway on how the character is illustrated since different artists have different interpretations of a character!- Note, that if the references used have different anatomy or styles, I will interpret it myself.- Anatomical mistakes will be fixed without any repercussion and must be within reason.
Note, for simpler, cheaper illustrations, (Flat pictures, chibis, stickers) the amount the illustration can be edited will be greatly limited.- If the client wishes to see works in progress, I will leave them a link to my Trello that has a WIP waiting for them, I make sure to notify the client and send them a link to their illustration. I am capable of making 4 large alterations during the Sketch Phase. Make sure to look at these carefully, once I get approval on everything in this phase I'll be moving on to further progress.(If the proportions you desired are not correct, or if there are missing appendages such as wings that are supposed to be on the character. Note: If the appendages you requested are not in your description, or on any of the images you decided to use for reference, the request will be disregarded.- For Ref sheets; If you make over 4 big alterations, I may ask for extra funding for said edits: These include things like a new pose, changing the facial structure of a character, adding on additional anatomy. Or adding something to the piece that was not disclosed in our discussion.- When the Illustration is nearly finished, I will permit 6 small alterations
(Edits to a pattern, color, a specific piece of anatomy, etc.)
Minor and major changes are determined by me, if there is a change that I consider to be a major, there will be an extra fee to the commission.Finished ProductsWhen the Illustration is finished, I allow clients to make some finishing tweaks, you have a 24 hour to do so. If everything has been approved on your end I will no longer work on your commission unless I am compensated.Using my art as Non-Fungible Tokens/ Associated with BlockchainI do not condone the use of my artwork being used for any Blockchain-related technology such as NFT's, cryptocurrency, or any other future inventions of the sort. I am willing or hear in what you have to say if you wish to commission me for such, but expect prices to vary from my original contracts.
With everything else I have the right to decline your request for making anything in Blockchain-related technology.Using my art for a Machine Learning AlgorithmUse of any form of Machine learning without my consent is prohibited. If a client decides to change or adjust a commissioned work for the use of machine learning or other such technology or to create derivative art of the commissioned work; an updated fee will be discussed.Questions-For more questions, you may contact me through my email [email protected]
